Located in Encino Village, this completely renovated property was a lot of “new” house for the money! With urban sprawl in full effect, Westsider’s have been taking their money and moving to Encino! Our clients took a leap & bought into the area & it’s proven to be a wise investment. The transaction turned out to be a lot more complicated than anticipated. The builder had a list of items to complete & we ended up developing a rigorous punchlist & negotiating the repairs. The make things worse, there was also a zoning issue that came up during the inspection process. Our client ultimately received a large credit for the issue but it’s never fun adding this to the stress of escrow!
