Bottomline, he gets clients the best deals and always asks for credits! Doug loves to study the market and always has his finger on the pulse, which his clients love. As a licensed real estate broker with a decade of experience, he also has deep knowledge of high-end construction projects, which allows him to provide exceptional service and bring knowledge to the real estate game in an incomparable manor. He is very hands-on during every real estate transaction and his clients love working with him. Douglas is a family man and a property owner that understands the daily process of maintaining and operating real estate and is known for giving great real estate and design advice.
Douglas started his real estate and design journey in his hometown of St. Louis where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. After graduation, he moved to Los Angeles where he spent four years managing all aspects of the design & build process for an award winning interior architecture firm. In 2009 Douglas obtained his real estate brokers license and founded DMF Realty to offer a one-stop shop to property owners and investors. He wanted his team to be a full-service agency helping sellers with prep, staging, moving, etc and helps buyers get pre-approved and if they buy a fixer he can help them get the right teams in place for renovations!

Ashley is extremely passionate about real estate, home design, and making her clients happy. While Douglas is amazing at the art of a deal and negotiation, Ashley prides herself on building trust and relationships with clients and always being a shoulder to lean on, and loves listening to find out client desires and concerns. She is great at helping clients looking to sell their home because she knows design, staging and getting the best photos are everything when it comes to getting you top dollar for your home! Ashley also loves working with buyers because she is always on it for the latest listings on and off-market, loves to help get clients pre-approved for loans and with the best rate and while touring clients through home she can help them imagine what the space can be by giving design ideas and inspiration all within a budget.
Ashley was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky and still has her southern charm and warmth. She has lived in Los Angeles for 14 years and began her career as a producer and reporter for E! News. After leaving her role as the Fashion & Lifestyle Producer she transitioned to full-time TV Style Expert and Influencer sharing home décor, fashion and lifestyle content. Ashley started working more closely with Doug to stage homes and on major design projects early on, but went full-time into real estate in 2020. Ashley loves to spread joy and life into all of her projects and clients and is thriving in the real estate world. Ashley has been featured shows like Access Hollywood, Extra, E!, and KTLA just to name a few, sharing her home décor and lifestyle tips.
