This was a very unique transaction that we were happy to be part of! Our client was in escrow on another property in Redondo when they realized there was a significant amount of structural damage to the property (the house was literally sinking!). They were first time homebuyers and their realtor was trying to skirt over the issue. This left them feeling very uneasy about the purchasing process!
