1400 N Fuller Ave – High-end residential small lot development. This was an interesting opportunity that our client was able to capitalize on. Selling new construction can be challenging when the units are not staged. Typically the model unit is staged and the rest is left up to your imagination. As the developers tax year came to an end we gagged that there was a deal to be had on one of the overlooked units. Our strategy was to purchase the best undervalued unit, stage the unit, and market the property for sale. DMF negotiated the purchase, assisted in staging the unit, and sold the property for our client!
