It's hard to put into words my gratitude for Ashley and Doug but I will try. After looking for 2 years unsuccessfully for a new home, I knew it was time for a change and that's when we met with Ashley and Doug. They were incredibly optimistic about finding us a new home AND selling our home for a much higher price point than we even considered. They had so much confidence in themselves and us. We ended up buying such a beautiful house, getting a fair but very competitive credit for repairs (which is not easy in this market), and then selling our house for a record-breaking price in our neighborhood. They have helped us every step of the way. From staging our house to through inspections on the new house. Months later, I still consult with them on all things houserelated, not only because I trust them implicitly, but because after this process - they have become dear friends! They are knowledgeable, hard-working, experienced, and honest. I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I worked with DMF Realty to sell our first home and buy our second. Simply put, Ashley and Doug are an absolute dream team who truly have what it takes to navigate and succeed in LA’s housing market. They were like our real estate agents/therapists who really understood and even anticipated our concerns at every step of the way. Ashley and Doug did an amazing job at helping us find the perfect home for our budget. Great school district, plenty of space, and negotiated the price below asking with seller credits on top.
