Located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Dona’s, this sprawling ranch house, with a guest quarters, was a very strategic layout for our clients! The property has really good curb appeal and exterior grounds, however, the interior fit-out was not in line with the price tag! The property was just sitting on the market (we saw opportunity!). We identified that the sellers had already purchased another property and started our negotiations in the middle of Christmas week to set the tone! At that time, the booming market was a little shaky and was looking very uncertain. We ultimately negotiated almost $400,000 off the asking price through various methods and constant negotiations!
