The history of Valley Village went back to the 1930s, when workers at nearby motion picture studios built houses here and is a quiet little tucked away neighborhood adjacent to Studio City. There are big beautiful homes and lots in this little part of North Hollywood that is also home to one of the best elementary schools in the Valley, Colfax Charter Elementary.
